Our team consists of experienced certified auditors and specialists in auditing, accounting, and finance. We specialize in financial auditing, combining knowledge of international standards with Polish regulations. We have experience in preparing financial statements, auditing, and advising companies, including due diligence processes and accounting-related projects.
Our practice includes auditing the financial statements of domestic companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as state-owned enterprises and foreign capital groups. We have experience in company transformations and due diligence projects. Our specialists have completed courses in IAS/IFRS, forensic auditing, and internal controls.
We are members of the following professional organizations: the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Polish Institute of Internal Control. We are authorized to serve on supervisory boards of state-owned companies and regularly participate in workshops on accounting and supervision.
